 We understand that travelling at this time is restricted and concerning. You are important to us, and therefore we have flexible reservations terms to meet your needs. All reservations can be adjusted and modified no penality fees. However, if you feel you would like to cancel your reservation, we respect that and have revised our hotel cancellation policy for the period that the National State of Disaster is in place in order to accommodate our guests.

For individual reservations:
  • We allow free modifications or free cancellations for all existing and new reservations for stays until 15 June 2020.
  • Please note that any modification to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate difference.
  • This also applies to cancellations resulting from government travel and meeting restrictions for the duration of the respective National State of Disaster.
  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies. 
  • For reservations made during the period of the National State of Disaster in respect of the COVID-19 virus, with reservations after 15 June 2020, our normal cancellation policy applies.
  • Refunds will be done within 7 to 14 working days once lockdown is lifted.
For leisure groups, business groups, meetings and events:
  • We allow free cancellations for China, South Korea, Japan, Iran, Italy, Belgium, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Germany and U.S. for hotel accommodation, meetings & events up to and including 15 June 2020.
  • This also applies to cancellations resulting from government travel and meeting restrictions for the duration of the respective National State of Disaster.
  • In all other instances, our hotel teams will work directly with you to evaluate changes needed on a case-by-case basis.
  • For reservations made during the period of the National State of Disaster in respect of the COVID-19 virus, for hotel accommodation, meetings & events after 15 June 2020, our normal cancellation policy applies.
