Emperors Palace Donates Gas Tanks and Stoves

On 12 June the Emperors Palace CSI Committee visited Tembisa Commerce and Entrepreneurship School of Specialisation with focus on Hospitality and Tourism (formerly Tembisa Secondary School) with a very special donation. Since partnering with the school in order to provide support in training learners for the Hospitality Industry, the school has made big strides in providing future careers. However, the was just the one occasional obstacle: loadshedding.

The Emperors Palace CSI Committee, spearheaded by Project Manager Harriet Khambula,  in collaboration with the Human Resources Department decided to donate two 48kg gas tanks and 10 defy Stoves so that learners can continue learning culinary masterpieces uninterrupted.  Living up to their motto of “Proudly Powering Tomorrow’s Hospitality Professionals” the Emperors Palace Team  handed over the stoves and gas tanks to the school. Also in attendance was IDSO of Ekurhuleni North District Office of the GDE, Lucky Mpahane and members of the Emperors Palace team including Steve Mashele, Witness Phiri, Thembekile Makhoba, Tebogo Matlhakola, Dineo Qathatsi and Sello Seepamore.
